How to place an order
Browse through the site and click on the item you are interested in purchasing, by pressing ' add to cart'. Your item will then be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to pay, click on checkout and then you will be asked to login. If you don't have an account, it is really easy to set one up. This will then make it easier on us to post your order to you, as we will have your postage details on file.
Once an account has been created, the item you ordered should show up with the price.Default postage is £5.00 special delivery.If this doesn't show up, dont worry. Keep clicking continue until you get a page that says 'your order has been processed'.
You should then get a confirmation email, which will include the bank details you need to pay for your order. The default payment choice is 'Bank transfer'.
If you wish to pay another way, please read the information below.
Jewellery made to order:
All items of jewellery are made to order.They are not always in stock when ordered, so please allow 2-3 weeks for items to be handmade and sent to you.If you require an item by a specific date, please quote this on your order.
Payment:
There are 3 ways to pay for your order:
By cheque :
Payments by cheque should be written to: Athina Larios
Please post the cheque to : 8 Princess court, 105 Hornsey Lane, N6 5XD, London
by PAYPAL :
Paypal payments should be made to: athinalarios@hotmail.com
Make sure the P + P is included in the total (£5.00 postage and packaging)
Please note: If you would rather have your item posted to you - Royal Mail First class- Please send us an email stating this. This will be £2.00 instead of £5.00.
by BANK TRANSFER
If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, then please contact us on athinalarios@yahoo.com quoting the name and colour of the design you are ordering, and we will give you the details you need for the transfer.
Delivery:
Goods will be delivered, when funds have cleared in the Larios jewellery account.
Dispatch will usually be 2 days after cleared funds. However, this of course depends on whether the item is in stock. We will notify you as soon as possible if it isn't and if you choose not to wait, then you have the right to cancel your order.
Return policy: Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
We cannot be responsible for any breakages in the post. If there are any problems, please put this IN WRITING within 48hours of receipt.We always ensure that our products are packaged correctly and safely.We are happy to make a full refund, if there is a good enough reason.Return postage however, is at your expense.Refund payments will only be made, when item has been returned safely.PLEASE NOTE: Earrings are non-returnable, due to EU Hygiene regulations.
